Alden Adair was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada. He went to Athabasca elementary school and Sheldon Williams Collegiate for high school where he played Oberon in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream and Josh Baskin in BIG: The Musical. He has performed in the Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan festival multiple times.
