Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ronnie performed in his father's band before he won the Marlboro Talent Search, which led to a recording session in Nashville, where he got his recording contract. He later joined Kix Brooks to form the legendary country duo, Brooks and Dunn. Ronnie has three children, Whitney, Jesse and Haley Marie.
