Australian actress Elizabeth Saunders was born in Melbourne, Victoria. Graduating from school in the top 4% of her state she then earned a Bachelors Degree at the University of Melbourne before moving to Los Angeles with a scholarship to an actors' studio. As a child, she won the Australian National Championships of Irish Dancing when she was 11.
