Ed Stafford is a former British Army captain who, in 2010, became the first human to walk the entire length of the Amazon River. His feat took him 860 days and earned him a place in the Guinness Book of Records. Ed is now a presenter and adventurer on the Discovery Channel. He is also the author of "Walking the Amazon" and "Naked and Marooned"
