Born 1971 in the United Kingdom and educated at Liverpool University, Julian first started work in the music industry and came to Film and Television Sound in his mid twenties. Worked in the UK up until 2010. After finishing a hugely successful four seasons with Doctor Who, he moved to sunny Los Angeles where he now lives and works.
