Born in Queens and raised in the Mid Ohio Valley, Timm ended up in Pittsburgh to study filmmaking. He has collaborated on several innovative projects and loves working behind the scenes. He is also an indie novelist. In 2016 he self-published the first book of a series, which he completed in 2009 when he was 17.
