Richard Koshimizu was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1959. And He is a renowned net-journalist, a conspiracy theorist and a chairman of the Independent Party in Japan. He had started lectures and criticisms about the conspiracies of ''Wall Street mafia'' around the world since 2001. In 2007, He founded the Independent Party.
