Chelsea grew up in a small town in the Bay Area. She moved down to Los Angeles to attend CSU Los Angeles where she graduated with a Bachelors in Theatre Arts and Dance. She has always had a love for acting. She began on a small stage in preschool and from there moved to slightly larger stages in junior high, high school, and college.
