Morgan is a native Angeleno, and grew up in a Film centric household. Her fondness of Film and TV sparked at an early age, and that eventually manifested into her interest in Editing. She is the daughter of Academy Award winning Film Editor Richard Halsey and Film Editor Colleen Halsey. Morgan continues to live and work in Los Angeles.
