Scott is Atlanta, Georgia and but also holds citizenship in England and Canada. He started his passion for entertaining in high school doing a couple of variety shows but didn't get serious about his career until 1998 when he was cast in his first television role. He played the part of Floyd in the short-lived but very funny NBC sitcom "LateLine"....
